By Resolution No. 406, the Cabinet of Ministers changed the situation.
On December 18, 2018, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved an updated list of construction works that do not require permits and subsequent commissioning. This was announced on December 19 by the press center of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Public Utilities at a government portal.
So, the following works are included in the new list, among others:
• re-equipment and redevelopment of a residential building and premises, as well as non-residential structure of classes CC2 and CC3 without interfering with the enclosing, supporting structures or engineering systems;
• replacement of the roof of buildings and structures without interfering with the supporting structures;
• replacement of existing fillings of window, balcony and door units;
• technical re-equipment of internal systems of heating, ventilation, water supply, water disposal and gas supply;
• construction on the land plot of temporary buildings and structures without the construction of foundations, including gazebos, greenhouses, garages, as well as wells and wells.
Redevelopments that do not require permits can now be carried out in multi-storey residential buildings, as well as in the halls of shopping and entertainment centers and office premises of business centers. Separately, we note that for construction work that changes the architectural design of a residential complex (for example, windows to the floor), you need permission to change the project of the house and coordination with other tenants.
